    Transmission ID Question

    I removed a 360 motor and transmission from a 79 Cordoba.  I assumed the transmission was the original for the car but after removing the grease, I discovered that someone had written 72 Duster across the top of it.

    The numbers on the transmission are 036-6 and P3743423   4721  0970.

    Can anyone ID this transmission?
