Anyone familiar with Mopar W2 stuff?

I just got some new and some used W2 stuff and was wondering about it?I don't even know why I bought this stuff,I have no use for it.

It's a bit dated now especially if the heads are open chamber.
Once we had Ronald Reagan, Bob Hope & Johnny Cash. Now we have Obama, No Hope and No Cash!

Properly ported w2 heads can make huge power from small block. Standard or edelbrock aluminium heads are no match for these heads.

What kind of stuff did you buy?

They were around for a long time... What did you get? Some have a ton of potential, some are basically a little better than porter factory stuff. All depends on what you got.

rthere are a # of different head castings , the newer ones are far better & make huge power , you do need special rockers , valves , intake , valve covers & headers to use them

10 years ago I had a 379/340 with the ECONO W2's, major port work done they were flowing 325 (if I remember right),
 650 solid roller set up and it made 620 hp and loved the streets and lasted me 6years and was still strong when I sold that Dart......
I have not been small block since so not sure on the new stuff, but if these are old style Econo w2s USE them !!
