I'm fairly certain after talking to the seller of this company that AMD parts are being shipped by containers into either the Oakland or Los Angeles seaport. They're being made over in Taiwan.

You can call or e-mail him and ask. When I bought my quarter from him, he mentioned that there's a warehouse in Los Angeles. Perhaps he can get you a better lead.
