1972 Challanger 440, Performer RPM too Tall?

Guys,
Will a Performer RPM Intake on my 440 clear the stock Challanger Ralley Hood?
Or will it be too tall and require a cowl hood?
Thanks... John

If the ralley hood is the same as the "bulge" hood, then I would say YES!! I have the bulge hood with the Performer RPM intake and a Pro Systems (Holley 4150 base) 4 BBL carb and a K & N air filter and the hood closes just fine!! You should be OK.

Yes it will fit with a drop base. I think my base is a 1 5/8" drop. Used a K&N Flow top? to make sure air flow was not impeaded.
