If yer old n over weight, it will make you hurt in all those positions.  Taking the front seats out really help. The directions are in the box.

It would be even easier if the front and rear glass was out.  I did mine last year and said never again.  A clothes steamer works great for getting the wrinkles out.

Also you REALLY need a heat gun. If you dont have one it will take you all day with a blow dryer.  Pick up one of the orange ones at Harbor Freight for 9.99

as for the headliner it is in stock 65.00, cover sail boards to match 22.00. Installation should be done with the windows out for ease of stretching, if the windows are in not so good to stretch front to back, Will need a steamer to aid in soffening and stretching, need trim adhesive and the side pinch weld clips if you do not have.

I did mine with heat gun and glue - came out beautiful! Did take some time stretching working from front to rear. I used RestoRicks guide. Worked great.

One other tip ---  When you remove the the shoulder belts, mirror, etc... , put the screws back in "before" installing the headliner.. Then "after" you put the headliner in, "feel" for each screw...  then with a razor, make a small slice on top of the screw and then remove it...  then put the mirror, belt holders, etc.. on one at a time.......  it makes it alot easier then searching for each screw "hole", after putting the headliner in........
