value of a 67 satellite?

so i have a chance for a 67 satellite, 318 auto, no rust except for a little on the roof. interior needs a little work due to rusty roof leaking, needs a water pump but with one will run fine

anyone have a rough value for me? Thanks

Yeah I dont have any pics yet, I'll definitely get some. Its supposedly very solid though. Im getting it plus cash for a car Im selling, but Im probably just going to turn around and sell it to get money for my challenger project

Just do some homework, make sure what your getting before flippin it.  Too bad it dosen't have an original 440, first year for production.

I'll post up the specs on here once I get them, along with some pics. Also its numbers matching, which should help. He's going to be giving me cash plus this satellite for my 72 challenger project, which I'll turn the satellite into cash and have enough money to start what I really want, a 70-71 project

I dont know though, these cars look pretty badass with a hemi and all blacked out with chrome mags, I may just have to keep it

  That is a sleek and no nonsense body style, straight lines, a plain Jane in your face "get er done" attitude. A hemi street machine would be sweet.

I've been trying to sell mine for $3500 for about a year and a half. Lots of lookers, no one has come through though. Mine is an original 383 4bbl, auto. Originally had a console that is missing now. All my interior trim is in great shape. Exterior needs lower quarters and  a spare tire well. Exterior trim is good. My tailights are ugly and the are expensive to replace. Plan on around $1000 to $1500 to replace them. I've had offers of $800-$1200 for it, which is rediculous low, IMO.

Thanks for the insight, mine is pretty much in that shape, except being a small block I would assume its worth even less.....

I may have a trade going for the satellite for a 71 challenger...even up. Then I'll have a 71 like I wanted, and its a manual 

It has rust around the windshield, roof,back glass, and underneath, some on the doors, some underneath the doors, but nothing TOO terrible. I think the 5 grand cash I have should be enough to do all of the bodywork and leave it a flat black. Thats good enough for now, can worry about a paint job later I suppose. It still has the numbers matching 4spd trans and 318, which will run if I reassemble it...

So now I have to ask...
   It is floor shift obviously, but it doesnt have a center console. It looks like the shift boot just bolts directly to the floor pan in the center. Is that right? Or is it just rigged. It seems wrong because the way the carpet overlaps it just looks entirely unfinished

Could be right, could be wrong. They came both ways. If it was a non-console car, yes, the boot just screwed into the pan. You might have to decode the fender tag to find out how it was optioned to know for sure.

I've thought about trading mine, but I keep getting offers for mid 90s GM trucks and oddball motorcycles. Never found anyone willing to trade for anything I really wanted. Plus, the cash would go a long way on my Challenger.

May I ask what kind of shifter it is?  Am I wrong in assuming only Hurst behind big blocks & 340's?

On the Satellite, we just sold our 66 with a 318 poly for $8K, which we felt was really good money, but the interior was completely restored for about $2K out of pocket, and the body was in good shape with 10 footer paint and no rust.  We also included a complete 66 383 motor, and mechanically everything was very sound.  For your deal, it sounds like $3-$4K might not be unreasonable.

I have no idea, I never saw the car. I turned the guy down. Just another random guy wanting my challenger for $500
