Question do they (anyone) make offset upper control arm bushing in polyurethane instead of the standard rubber from moog?

I am not aware of any unless you se an adjustable control arm

Nobody makes em, but with the stock shell, some urethane, and a lathe, you could. Or use aluminum or bronze.
