That just is the worst  :stomp:

It is sad, that not only in your own drive but even when you are having problems you can't turn your back for 2 seconds!
My cars are not perfect, but I still don't leave them out of sight and/or lock and key for even a little time.

The more I hear these stories, the more I think I'm going to do a fuel shutoff like Stroker had on his Chally, but in the event of the winged car I would picture if it was left due to problems some joker happened to have a tow truck he was driving at the time and just hooked and ran.

There is not a perfect option besides locking it in a vault!

I really due feel for all who ever and lately that have had these thefts happen to them, and I'll try to keep positive and hope some fool is moving these cars around where a member can spot them 1 day... I know in the back of my mind I keep them in my thoughts when I see a "new" e-bod or other pop up around me.

Could be, but I'd stay with the car, sooner or later someone is going to stop by, even a policeman when you need him instesd of when he's ready to write ya up.  :roflsmiley: Seems strange the guys who took it could either get it running or winched on a trailer in a short amount of time, I didn't read the whole thing, did he actually leave his keys in it when he walked off?  :clueless:

Geese, I couldnt imagine someone taking my car out from under me.  That is a hard car not to see. Im sure someone saw it being taken. I sure wish the owner good luck.  I really really hate a thief
