Recall
« on: December 17, 2009 - 02:44:57 PM »
Not to dampen the party here, but I received an indirect recall notice from my Dodge dealer.  I call it indirect because it was in a dealer letter saying it's time to come in for service and there was a small box on the letter that indicated my car had an "incomplete recalls/customer satisfaction notice: H29".  Anyone seen or hear of the H29 notice?

It's probably what Chrysler calls a "Rapid Response Transmittal". Ford used to call them silent recalls. When I went in for my J21 battery/battery cable recall, they performed two RRT's on mine. One was a steering angle sensor re-cal, the other for the wiring harness on my heated passenger seat. It's just something they need to take care of when it's ever in for service.

Thanks for the info.  Sounds like it should be a quick fix.
