Trying To Locate A Single Groove Alternator Pulley
« on: December 15, 2009 - 01:11:59 PM »
Hey guys,

I'm having a hard time finding a single groove alt. pulley for my 71 Challenger.  I removed the A/C and want to go from a 2 groove to a 1 groove.  Since I can't locate one I was thinking I could pull one from the local junk yard.  If anyone has one let me know.  If not what year car alternators will match my 71?

Or should I just sell my 2 groove date coded alt for a single groove.  I'm not concerned about the date code because my engine isn't original.  Thanks

Dave
