Said it before ............... there is a very expensive sealer out there called "The Right Stuff". Reason it is expensive ........... because it works and cures all your sealing problems. Never hardens and the tube is reusable months later by just loading into the caulking gun and squeezing. In Canada = $24 for a half tube.

I got the pan off last night, it's warped!  Here it is on a flat surface, I don't think this helps make a good seal any better.  By the time I pull this thing flush, I'm going to pinch the gasket.........

I would just cough up the cash for a new oil pan. Milodon 30750 - Stock Replacement Oil Pan is nice and has a baffle in front of the slump for hard braking.

Twist it till it lays flat, clean the mating surface, then put it back on. Why spend money for something that you already have?
