I did expect to see more muscle cars for sale now with the economy down and many getting desperate for money.

I saw more of them last year, but as was all said I think people would rather live in it than let it go for near nothing.
And yes, I'd live in mine before letting it go  :grinyes:

I'm happy I'm not in a position where I'd have to sell anything.... :grinyes: Not a ton of free-floating cash around these parts, thats for sure.

I look at cars everyday. All over. And been doing so for over 5 yrs.   Went to look at a '70 cuda shell with all metal work done, blasted. No engine/trans.H code,green,4spd. Just a roller. It was nice but not 20K nice. These are retirement funds for people who are going to be very disappointed.I think in the yrs. to come you'll see more of the ones just sitting around come up for sale. The car misers are dying off.     I'd put curtains in mine and sip tea in it as it revolved on a platform in my front lawn. Or give it away.  To me...   These old cars are my friends. Every one talks,Has a personality.A  story to tell.    Mine is saying..."get in! Let's GO !"     :burnout:

Have seen one or two reasonably priced classics advertised lately on the web.Problem is that 18 months ago we in the UK got 2 dollars to the pound and now only get about 1.55,meaning a 25% increase in cost prices.Add on the shipping,insurance,10% import tax then 17.5% value added tax and they work out too expensive to buy at the moment.

I noticed that there were VERY few E-bodies on the Barrett-Jackson auction block this year.
