No, they are different. The 70 - 71 tracks locked on both the left and right sides. There is a cable that connects between the handle track to the other track to unlock both. The bearing holder guides are metal and the main roller bearing is smaller than the 72+.
The 72 - 74 had only the handle side track that locked. The bearing holder guides are nylon.
