That's nice!  I think the trigger mechanism is probably more intuitive and natural feeling than having to lift up the handle to shift to N, R, P.

Can you use any grip that would normally fit OEM pistol grips?  I got some cool custom-made grips from caribou antler.

I don't know for sure what fits. You would have to ask Steve a member on here "Quapman"

I got mine off ebay for 159 dollars, however the trigger on it is in an awkward position i think...the one in the picture a few responses above looks like the trigger would be a little more comfortable

You must have this one? I like the slight angle on mine, that's why I chose it? :2cents:

We have two similar threads going at once. Here's the other:

I could probably modify my internals for custom grips, but you couldn't just swap them with a stock Auto-Grip.

Mine is a little more $$ than Gunslinger, but mine is made in the U.S.A.

Hey Steve, is there a way to make a pistol gripped auto shift that uses the shift pattern button on top as the mechanism release? I dont know how hard that would be to pull off but it would do away with having to have a trigger or something of that sort.    :dunno:

I've been asked this before and like the idea, but getting machine time at work is nearly impossible. I literally spent half a day yesterday making top bezels, because it was an "optional work day" and I finally had the CNC dept. to myself. In fact, I was the only one there!

....so the answer is "yes", but I'm not sure when it could be done, sorry.
