This blonde goes out and buys the car of her dreams. As she is driving around town it starts to rain. Soon the rain turns to hail. There is no place that she can go to put her car under cover.
After the storm is over she gets out to examine the damage. To her dismay there are hundreds of little dimples in the body of the car.
She takes the car to a body shop to see if the dimples can be removed and the car be restored to pristine condition.
The body man takes a look at the car and decides to have some fun with her. He says he can repair it but if she wants to save some money she can do it herself. All she has to do is put her mouth over the tail pipe and blow as hard as she can and the dimples will simply pop out. She is really pleased with the body man and thanks him for the advice.
When she gets home she decides that she would do exactly as the body man had said. She gets on her hands and knees and blows as hard as she can on the tail pipe. Nothing happens. She tries it again and again. She is getting very frustrated with the lack of results. Just then her blonde girlfriend comes by and asks what is she doing. She explains what the body man had told her to do.
Her friend looks at her in disgust and replies:
DUUUH!! Everybody knows you have to put the windows up.
