Door handle questions

Kind of a dumb question, but what finish is supposed to be on the inside part of the door handle (where your fingers go)?  I can't tell from looking at various pictures on the web.  I know the outside part of the handle is polished and the part of the door handle that you actually lift has a brushed finish, but I can't tell if the inside is supposed to be painted or brushed?

Also, does anyone sell the little rubber bumper for inside the door handle?  Mine are worn causing the handle to be recessed.

inside area is the argent color, the key hole n pull part of the handle is brished, outer edge is chromed
