I know what you mean for sure I just do not like the cold like this.  That is why I moved south but now the cold is here also.  I hope it gets warm soon.
Got a pretty good start on my M46 optioned Barracuda restoration but now it is on hold till I can gather more funds.  Still need a few parts for it.  SIU Graduate 75 AAS Automotive Tech, 94 BS Advanced Tech Studies, 1997 MSED Workforce Education and Development

Tough break Chris!  This weather we've been having has been brutal.  Even staying inside with the heat on and a space heater to supplement things, it feels cold at my house!
Now they are saying we might be in for a warm up starting this weekend lasting into next week.  30 degrees will feel great...  I can't wait!
Winter SUX!

I could take the cold if someone would just build a 10,000 foot wall to block the wind coming down from Canada.   :stomp:

I think we finally got a handle on it!! But I'll go back to the morning... came in at around 6:30..we're not open that early but I like to ease into my monday slowly (i'm sure lots of you can relate!)  And as Brad has mentioned its been brutal lately. Anyway came in .. COLD ..try to "hot jump" the furnce .. nothing. Then I'm thinkin.. PIPES O $#!+!!!  I had a big icecle coming out of the bathroom sink,00 hoy! Find the space heaters one in the bathroom one in my office... Get the furnce to "kick" but wont stay running... (it was off so long the water seperator in the air line froze). Thaw line .. get it running but wont stay running... (back and forth between customers all day mind you) Check the "eye" . A little loose in its soket but clean, I tweak the prongs and put back in. Same crap. I by pass the thermostat... same crap... its gettin' late in the day... I'm not sleeping here tonite... I find a spare controller among the Dart/Charger parts piled up in my office. Ok we'll try to swap that out. I give that job to one of my guys who can see better than I can. He goes to remove the wires from the old one. Bumps it with the screw driver and one falls off.. mind you I just had the burner rebuilt in the summer.. $500 PLUS!!! So he tightens up the controller wires.....   I'm goin' home and having a cocktail

What's that Bigs?, an appetizer  :roflsmiley:  Ya just need a lil flask of JD in that left bottom desk drawer buddy. It won't make you feel any warmer, but it will give ya a "Who cares attitude."  :smilielol:

An article in todays paper told us to expect this kind of weather (and possibly worse) into March, not so much snow but cold temps. with wind. I hope Al Gore's water lines freeze solid and his electric grid gets covered with an inch of ice. He's a dumb ass  :swear:  :stomp:
