I have a 440 Cuda w/shaker:   Id like to run a Edlebrock performer intake manifold and a edlebrock carb

Has anyone run this ebrock combo (340 0r 383 or 440 guys) with a shaker and run into fit or hood clearance problems using the stock shaker set up?

The Eddy performer intake is anything but .. it will cost you power over using a stock Iron intake , The old M1 dual plane was far superior but has been dicontinued , some of the Weiand manifold are decent as well , the Stealth or Action + probably sit low enough to use

no problem with the carb , but will have to watch the height of the intake.
