Looking for a 70-71 challenger...
« on: November 20, 2009 - 02:57:10 PM »
Hi Guys....

i am looking for a 1970-71 challenger, i thought i would see if anyone has one, or knows of anything that may suit what i am after... Basically i am chasing a big block car (not necessarstrily an origional big block or numbers matching car) that has a good solid body and is pretty origional and tidy overall, I am in hoping to find something for round the $25k mark...

Thanks

Travis
(ps. i am in australia, so will be using an importer)

Thanks for you reply Bob.... your car sounds like it would make a nice project but its not really what i am looking for at the moment, i am looking for a complete car that i can get licenced without too much trouble and reduce my postage/frieght costs....sounds like the perfect combo though!

thanks anyway

Travis

I have a 71 Challenger with a Steel Crank 440, Street Avenger 870cfm, under 10 hours on rebuild. Recently painted Silver Custom striping on Black w/vinyl top.
Interior is all there but needs installed- I could have it finished if agreed. Not an original or numbers matching car.
Some rust in trunk. 90% finished so there is some fun to be had if that's what you're looking for. Looking for under $20k
