FJM spindles

There was extensive discussion about the fact that these will work, but which is better...FJM or 73+ A spindles?  I know there's a slight handling advantage with the FJM set-up.

I have A/E spindles right now, but a set of FJM's fell into my lap.  I've got some upcoming suspension work, so should I swap?

the three advantages of the FJM spindles off the top of my head are:
Taller - better geometry to take advantage of
Lighter - less unsprung weight!
Use the 73+ rotors - Cheaper and readily available.

FWIW: my 71 Challenger has stock discs and sway bar (HD package on a 318 car).  I'm upgrading to the FJM rotors (mine are off a 79 300, late Bs use the same one) when I do the t-bars and upgrading to the 11.75" discs. :2cents:

No, not worth the effort.

One possible issue  is the backspace on 17" rims. Since the spindles are a little taller, if you are running over 5" backspacing in the front there may be a interference issue with the upper ball joint. Something to think about.
