1971 oil breather cap question

71 oil breather cap has 3 nipples:  Where does each line from the oil breather cap go to?

Here you go. One to the tank vent, one to carb bowl vent, last to air cleaner.

I never liked the idea of fuel tank vapors settling in the engine oil pan and kinda diluting the engine oil while the car sits for long periods.   Maybe its not as bad as it looks.  I'm going to do mine 1970 style.

My '70 has that.  Is that because it's a Ca. car?

I think it's commonly called California emissions but it is the ecs missions, code N-95. I've seen it on lots of cars. The two I posted pictures of were my cars. Both north east cars.
Even my 70 Challenger with 318 had it.
