license plate bracket pic

does anyone have a pic or can take one of their license plat bracket (front) for a 70 cuda.. I bought mine and im not sure how this thing is supposed to go on.  ??? ??? ???
70 cuda, 440, KB pistons, 10.5:1 compression, edlebrock heads,RacerBrown cam, 5-Speed Tremec, Megasquirt EFI

so does the small end actually go inside the bumper?
