    Me, I think I would stick to the spray stuff...LOL

    Maybe I will give it a try.....I have a can of caliper/rotor black......

    It is really good high temp engine enamel. Dries to a very smooth finish after brushing. I have painted 4 blocks with the same tin and still have enough left over for things like this.
    But you can thin and spray it on if you prefer. Bill Hirsch's products are really good.
