I started work on the brakes/suspension. The wheel spindles seem to have some light ridges... is this normal?

Also, what's your opinion- should I replace the strut rods, TB's, and sway bars? I think they're all serviceable. Just looking to make her a daily driver again.

the spindles are fine
the rest really doesn't need to be replaced unless they are bent or damaged or you want to upgrade to better parts

Replace all your old bushings and worn joints, set the alignment and hit the road.
If you want to turn faster then thats another story.
