I am installing a Accurate exhaust in my 73 Cuda,and was looking for some tips on centering the tips in the valance,and also protecting the paint while im adjusting everything.Was thinking of some erasers .

When I installed my tips, I used folded up cardboard all around the cutout to space and hold them properly

This was on my Challenger, by the way,
the Cuda will be much easier

use masking tape it wont scue your gaps. easy to come off after, if it is the factory stuff, it should center up pretty easy, you do have some side the side with the trunk mount, up and down is pretty fixed,
