Kmyles-
I know what you mean about the price of a couple of pieces of plastic.
- Sorry, I don't have any extra ones.
- If I had know at the time, I would have a box full from all the trips made to salvage yards.

But, I'm thinking that you have a few options.
1. Someone here at C-C.Com has a pair they can part with

2. MegaParts has them for $8.00

If that link doesnt take you directly to the page, they are on page 35 under the Interior button.  Shipping can't be that bad, they're small enough to fit in a greating card envelope (with the card).

3. Go to a local auto supply store (Auto Zone, O'reillys, Advance Auto, etc) and have them look up "Dorman" parts.  I bought their window cranks for a few buck each and they look like stock.  I didn't order the spacers because mine looked good enough.

Let us know how it works out.

I just emailed megaparts to see how much for shipping. I'll let you know how I make out.
