it is ia red assy lube , it protects the brgs for 20 -40 seconds until the oil arrives

the shop used some type of lube on the cam i wanna say pinkish. should the tranny be in park or neutral?

thought i read somewhere to use just distilled water during break in as opposed to th 50/50 coolant/water mix. anyone know anything about this or is it ok to use the 50/50 mix

straight water is a good idea as a leaking headgasket, or such, will not eat the bearings up like coolant mix will.

well it takes roughly 11 seconds for iron to start rusting so I use antifreeze to inhibit the rust as long as possible

broke in a 340 matching numbers rebuilt engine @ 6 grand, Let it oil, hit 6, reved and reved, the beer helped. the crowd said oh U ruined that one, sat for 6 months, started on old gas, wouldn't start, new battery, fired right up I let idle until the choke didn't bring it down, tapped the throttle a coupla times, had to adjust down. cars been to two proms, now it's gonna do 2 weddings, not the same peeps, gotta get tuned in, four brothers stopped in, we got tuned in, we're all gonna be in the same weddings, we should all help on the car right? My question is if the groom steps out of My car and if I take My car and his Woman and it probably isn't gonna happen, but i'm just asking...
