Help a Nube' with advice on tricks for a 360 / and parts

As some of you know I've just picked up a nice 'Cuda with a 360[stock] thats only done about 10,000 miles. Before I have it shipped to me in  :aussie: I thought I may get some parts before it leaves.
Would getting a better cam and intake be of improvement?
 I was told that it has an Edlebrock 600 [650?] on it and a full flowmaster exhaust  other than that its stock. It's an auto 904 and the previous owner said the gears are about 3.5. 8 3/4".

 I dont want a revving race motor, this car is for the street so good torque / response and maybe a little bit better top end.
 My mate has driven the car and said " it goes well but maybe a liitle more" were his words.

Any suggestions that will help, in fact if there is anything that you think I should look at before the car leave , parts wont be easy here.
 I was thinking for the following so if anyone know where to get these parts at a good price?
rear anti swaybar
pistol grip for auto
Mopar valve covers.
Spare tyre

I bought my MP valve covers from Summit for around US$100, my pistol grip shifter from Gunslinger, some people don't like the trigger, I do and it is straight up not cocked forward like the manuals are. I bought a rear sway bar from Addco. I also bought the MP chain tensioner. Maybe brake pads & shoes, I bought mine from Napa, US$18.00 compare that to our Aussie prices, make sure you know what pads & shoes are on the Cuda. Are all the lenses mint or are there hair line cracks, mine had hair line cracks and wouldn't pass a roadworthy so bought those as well.

They will sell and ship if necessary to Australia, they should be able to deliver to where the car currently is. Asking for a "good" cam is very difficult as there are many answers, buying in America is much cheaper for most parts especially as you won't have to pay freight and American taxes should be dropped because you are taking out of the country. You will need to keep all receipts for Australian customs and pay 10% on Aussie converted price which is set the day the ship leaves America.
