Valve Train Oil

How long do you have to prime a 440 with a drill to get oil up in the top end? I have great oil pressure and oil everywhere but it looks like only a few drops up top. I rotated the crank 1/4 turn and it didn't seem to make any difference. rocker shafts are on correct with notches down.
 
 Does it take a while or do I need to check something?

2 holes go up to the heads. 1 on each side.  You will know when the holes are in line. It will only do one hole at a time. When they are not inline, the drill will try to twist your hand off, when inline, the oil will fill up in the head so quick, you will be wiping the floor.  It only takes a few seconds per side to get them purged.  So keep twistin on the crank with the drill going, you will find the sweet spots.

Yeah, Its a work out, but turn the engine by hand while priming and they will oil...
