Cheap nutclips for the front end stuff?
« on: March 31, 2010 - 07:15:14 PM »
Where can I get new nutclips for the fenders and basically the frontend for cheap?  I have stripped everything off, but quit few of the clips were pretty rusted or got damaged when i was taking them off.  Any idea where they sell those for cheap?  I figure if they don't say "Challenger nutclips" or "Yearone" on them they will be cheaper.  Maybe Fastenal or some other nut and screw supplier online?  Also, are they all supposed to be painted.  I can take care of the paint, but I was just wondering.

Unless you're looking for someone's odds and ends, PM Az-Nick.  He does business with R/T Specialties and they sell all of those types of fasteners.  You can buy kits for both the interior and exterior - all new stuff.  You can look at their on-line catalog at http://www.rtspecialties.net/.

Found U-Nuts  locally , their not particularly cheep, but if you just need a few try Tractor supply....
My Ace Hardware has them also.
Even Home Depot has them for a buck+a piece.

If you need new bolts etc. the kits are not a bad buy.
