challengers new home
« on: April 17, 2010 - 12:46:18 PM »
Well we moved into a new house and for the first time in around 15 years the ol' girl has a room instead of sleeping outside! Quarters are a little tight with all of her toys and the extra roomates that she has to share with but atleast she is out of the weather.

I'm with ya there, Just two years ago and after close to twenty years, I got a three car carport, and built a two car lean to off my deck in which two house my cars.

All that time, I just had no option but to have them covered and believe me, anything I did to them appearance wise, it always got fu@#ed up. Now at least, I am only fighting dust and pollen insted of rain, wind, snow and sun.

Looks great parked in the garage!  I know moving is no fun, but it's a good feeling when it's over!  Congrats on the new digs!

Good move . I couldn't stand no garage . I built my garage first while living in a trailer . People use to pick on me and say I should move into the garage . Any way now I have a garage and a house and the wife and the car are both happy . :bigshades:

congrats on the new home.  it stinks not having a proper place to store and or work on your car.  i got so fed up after a couple years i bought my car its own property.  she now resides at a 24 x 24 foot garage on a 50 by 100 foot city lot a few blocks from my house.  best 10 thousand bucks i ever spent.

i used to call the tent i worked on my car in " the thunderdome " the new place is referred to as " the mancave "
