Code "S6TT" ?
« on: October 22, 2004 - 01:28:11 PM »
Does anyone know what the fender tag code "S6TT" stands for?  It's on a '70 'Cuda fender tag.  I think I know, but want to verify.

Does the position of the code on the fender tag give any clues?

Only thing I can think of is that you have read it wrong. No codes for that number exist.  :-\

Please double check it and post it how it's set out on the tag, eg: S6 TT would help more. Is it one "word" or are they spread out.
Whats the codes to the left and right?  ???

Interesting............

It's not on my car......it's on a "for sale" car that I was inquiring about.  The position is in the lower left, where the interior code should be.  I am thinking that the owner read it wrong.  It's probably something like H6T7 ?  That would indicate H=High level, 6=buckets, T=tan, 7=dark.
