Mopar Nats in Ohio...PRICEY!!!

I like the way the nats breaks up the vendors and the swap meet area. In carlisle it seems more like a free for all with people jus setting up shop where they like... I enjoy both shows however i look forward to columbus more becuz they let people enojoy their cars some ( the track and burnouts in heath and brice road!!!!)

I highly doubt I'll even stop on Brice this year.  I was one of the ones still hoping that it could survive.  Trust me...Brice is dead!!!

yeah i guess it is wishful thinking....the thing is alot of people stay on or at the brice road area driving over to heath isnt near as convenient as brice.... but the cops have been shuttin er down the past few years so i guessill have to drive to heath...... if i was a business owner on brice road i would be pissed off there is alot of money that rolls in that lil 20 block area for one weekend........oh well....

It would be a blast to take my old boy down the track. I just think paying $100 to do it is a bit much. Plus, I figure if I bring it out there, I'm looking at close to $250 in gas for the trip.

Mike, ya know the irony of that? You can go down there on Friday nights (not during any shows) and drive in for test and tune nights and run all you want for like $15.00. And then the $$$$ grabber charges like he does duing a show.

Supply and demand.

For shows, he knows people want to go.

Just like Carlisle or the Ohio nats.......$2.50 for a bottle of water at Carlisle??  You can buy a CASE of 20 of those bottles for $5 at a convenience store. less at a grocery store.  Do the math on that markup.  LOL

it is not the vendors fault for high markup the vendors have to pay a pretty penny jus to go and sell water and hotdogs.. which makes them have to charge alot to cover costs and make their nickel!! it is a ****ty world ......greed has taken over!!!
