I try to save any PM that has contact info so I can reference them from anytwhere....I'm working with 3 open now

I just gave up and started either printing out the info or putting it into a folder. I get 15 or more pm's at a time alot, probably like you. So when I clean out, I clean out and just keep on cleaning. I do have email of course, but I rarely venture over to it.
