Woah,
That is one nice looking car. I don't know what your reserve is, but I think you'll get much more than the opening bid.

thanks y'all.  I hate to just pop a link in here, its kinda cheap, but the car is a friend of mines that I am brokering for him.  He is not computer savvy whatsoever, so he relies on me to get things sold for him.

I am a regular at dodge-charger.com hence I have a 2 chargers.  I have been desperately seeking an E body, but you all know as well as I do the cost involved with one (i.e. look at what that car is going for now).

I shall visit more just to say hi and look at the cars for sale section in hopes that an e body will fall into my lap.  thanks for the welcome, it is truly appreciated.

What are the plans for this unit now that the auction has ended and the reserve was not met?
$12,700.00 was pretty good beans for that car.

Yeah I thought so too.  But, he did not.  He didnt want anything less than 15K for the car.  I imagine we will try again at the end of January after the Christmas debt has subsided and more expendable income is available *fingers crossed*  Who knows?

RaceDodge,
Is there anything wrong with the car? Could I drive it anywhere? On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best) what would you give it?

You can drive it anywhere, on a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate it a 8.  But that scale is tough to discern.  Some look at drivers according to the barret-jackson guide of 5 being worst to 1 being concours restoration.  Most vehicles you see on barrett-jackson usually get a rating of 2-3 with very little actually getting a rating of 1.  1 = concours 2 = driver/show restoration 3= driver with some cosmetic blemishes 4= who cares, this car is not a 4.  On that rating scale the car will be a 3.  If you look at the barrett-jackson rating system, some damn nice cars are 3's.

Whatever the case, the car is great in my eyes, its all original sheetmetal, no rust and you can haul butt in it.  ;D
