**GONE** Garage door opener (Baltimore area)
« on: June 21, 2010 - 07:42:50 AM »
This is no longer available
thanks

hey guys, I have a garage door opener from sears. It is a 1/2 hp screw drive 315mhz unit.

Here is the catch. I'm pretty sure the receiver logic board assembly is bad. The unit operates just fine from the wall mount button but will not operate by remote. The remote is not bad as I've tried multiple remotes and tried programming multiple times. The unit was in my old house that I sold and part of the settlement was to get the door working, so i just replaced it with a new one. I kept it thinking I'd try and fix it but when I built a new garage I just bought a new opener.

Comes with the box from the new unit i bought. I have all the parts including the original manual but only one remote.

This would be great for someone who can fix these things and needs an opener.

Model number 139.53992D
The IC number on the unit is 102 1499
The receiver logic board part number is 41AS150

I live in the Overlea/Fullerton area in Baltimore County off Kenwood ave
I have it on CL but ill give it to a CC.com member, Send me a PM if you want it.
