Hotchkis or Helwig rear bar with dog bone pivot endlinks. Not the old smashed doughnut style.
When you run those old style end links with poly bushings you have to have the alignment and angle set right. You may have to adjust the center spacer to the end link is totally paralell with the sway bar end link hole/arm and the frame or axle mount. This angle will change depending on what rear end ride height you are running.
The Hotchkis goes on the axle, but it's pretty light. You don't have to onbolt the rear end or drop the exhaust to get it in. It's adjustable too.
