What stall RPM to use (tourque converter

Hopefully, here are all the specs needed,  the current stock tourque converter sucks with my current combo:

Stock 727 tranny
440 engine  (1968)
800 Ebrock AVScarb
Stock 1968, 440 heads
1968 factory rocker arms and hyd lifters
Headers
Magna flow dual exh
Stock, plymouth 1971 barrell intake manifold
Pegleg 3.23 rear end

Current cam specs are (ebrock performer rpm 7194)

Hydraulic flat tappet
Basic Operating RPM Range: 1,500-6,500
Intake Duration at 050 inch Lift  238
Exhaust Duration at 050 inch Lift  246
Duration at 050 inch Lift  238 int./246 exh.
Advertised Intake Duration: 300
Advertised Exhaust Duration: 308
Advertised Duration: 300 int./308 exh.
Intake Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio: 0.480 in.
Exhaust Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio: 0.495 in.
Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio  0.480 int./0.495 exh. lift
Lobe Separation (degrees)  110

I like a all aorund cruiser, Im not balls out high speed guy

Based on the above, what RPM stall torque converter should I use?

Why aren't you happy with the stock converter?  You don't really have a whole lot of lift. What is your c.p.?
If I cant fix it, it's broke

I'll bite. Your set up isn't radical. Do you do most of your driving around town, or on the hiway?  I'm thinking 2100-2200 stall.   :dunno:

I have run the same cam in my car, but with the performer RPM manifold and a little numerically higher gearing (have run it with 3.55 and 3.91). I was using a 2800 stall speed converter with the 727. I would vote for 2300-2500 for more of a cruiser. The idle with the performer RPM is pretty lumpy (my motor is 9:1) so you definitely need a looser converter. With the stock converter I would imagine it is pretty sluggish at low RPM.
70 Cuda, 7.0L Gen-III Hemi, Viper T56 w/9310 gearset, 3.91's, Megasquirt MS3x v3.57, Innovate wideband, Firm Feel upper arms, torsion bars, springs and strut rods, QA1 DA shocks. I did everything on this car except the fancy paint stuff and I drive it...and I can't seem to stop messing with it....

Last poster is right on the money:   Low end wise, its very sluggish with the stock converter.  Im a cruiser king of guy, so Ill go with the recommendation of 2300-2500
