Left side fresh air vent

Hallo,
I am looking for the EXACT measurements of the left side fresh air vent hole on the lower cowl panel.
I need Diameter/Distance from Firewall/ distance from the left panel
(A paper template to mask the correct holes would be fantastic!!!)

Unless you have an original inner cowl vent housing, you'll need to likely fabricate one.

I used an HVAC stove hat. After it was welded in, I cut out the inner frame which enabled the flap to clear. Fit perfect. Hole was very close to original size requirement. Sandblast the edges prior to welding in since it's galvanized.
