   I'd take the red stripe with a 6 speed please!
I love the hood! To bad it wasn't functional and satin black like a T/A hood?  I love the new Challenger, but I'd like to see the interior styled more after an original 1970-74 Challenger. It looks too much like a Charger dash to me?   The console was disappointing too, in the concept car I really liked the console, it looked more like the original?  Just my 2 cents!

Nice work.  You should be proud.
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

:2thumbs: Looks great Dan, only 500 models?.......................that sure will leave out the most of us. My wife's 300 is an 06 model and I know she wants a new Challenger, especially after riding in MEK's, but $$$$ will interfer, reality is a bummer.  :roflsmiley:  You know what is strange and sad at the same time though? In the "Old School" days Mopars became popular because of three reasons. They were the hottest most dominate car on the street, you could for the most part order any model with any options you wanted, and they were more importantly the cheapest cars on the market. A reasonably priced fast car made your way. You younger guys missed a lot of fun and history during the 60's-70's, the old Mopars still rule.

I wish Chrysler offered a true "black" again.  That car would look a lot better without the pearl in the paint.  A real "black" with the blue stripes would look awsome.

Also, how much room is there from the inside of the back wheels to the wheelwell.(or until the tire hits something) For some reason, a lot of the aftermarket wheels(and the Hurst wheels) look strange to me.  THey stick out too far.  Is there a reason why you can't tuck a wide wheel under there and have it stick out no farther than a stock wheel?  That is my main problem with the Challenger.  Something about the offset of the rear wheels doesn't look right to me...the straight on rear shot looks like the wheels stick out past the fenders and inch.

Dan:
Congratulations on your 15 minutes of fame!  I like how you worked it into the discussion that you are an original Challenger owner!

Those Katzkin seat covers look really nice.

It's a neat pkg, but really too late in the year to be called a 10. Seems like it should have been a 6.1 car or better yet release it as a 6.4 ahead of the 2011's, now that would have been cool.
