wire holder?

Can anyone tell me what this wire holder bolts to?  It was clamped onto the wire for neutral safety switch.

One of the right hand bolts on the side cover of the gearbox.

I think there should be two clips on the trans to hold the NSS wiring.  One where the tail shaft bolts to the trans case and the other on the bellhousing.  I don't know if that is the correct clip for those areas though. 

I thought someone posted the factory drawing of the NSS wire routing.  I think I saved it but it must be on a different computer.

My mistake,
I was thinking of the reverse warning light on a manual.
The wire is held on the gearbox with clips like that.
