Good luck with the offer, if it's anything like out here it may be a while before the bank decides to make a decision.

We made many offers over a 6 month period last year, only one bank responded at all and that was due to a diligent broker that had great contacts within the banks structure(BofA)  All of the properties were listed with a broker but not all were advertised as foreclosure or short sale properties.

Sounds like a great place hope they get back to you quickly!

The bank will definitely respond and we should know something either Monday or Tuesday of the coming week.  I'll be surprised if it takes longer than that.

I was thinking if I don't hear anything by Tuesday, there was another house in Conway township I was looking at. They told me there was 3 bids on the house so I am crossing my fingers but can't wait to long. I want out there by the time school starts.

Well, I didn't get it. Some shady stuff was going on with that deal. Maybe it's better I didn't get it. Oh well, my searching continues!

That's OK. I passed it on to some other people that know what to do with it.
