Window attachment hardware
« on: June 23, 2013 - 03:15:35 PM »
So the other day I was out cruizin and got to a place to eat. Since I couldn't see the car from my table, I will typically roll up the windows  . . . just because.  Well this time the passenger side window went up about 6 inches and that was it.  I could feel that the window was binding on something but really not much I could do until I could tear it apart.  So today I had some time in the heat and here is what I found.  The attachment hardware was worn and loose in the front vertical track and looks like it needs replaced.  Can anyone show me what the attachment hardware is suppose to look like.  Here are some pics of what I found . . . .

I was able to tighten them up by hand but not enough to satisfy me . . . . and the window does now go up and down . . . .

Dantes Mopar Parts has lots of door/window hardware including the rollers and plastic that attach to glass.  I would suggest checking dantes mopar parts out.  If you call him he has lots of stuff that is not listed on his website.
