Anyone know this Challenger? (in Alexandria, VA)

First off, I don't have pics, at least yet.

Every day on the way to work (in Alexandria, VA) I pass a 73 or 74 Challenger, black with Magnum wheels, a TA spoiler and an RT emblem in the spoiler. It is a very sharp car, and I'm sure I've seen it before, but it may have been when I used to live around here before.

Does anyone recognize this description? Is the owner a member here? Generally I'd leave a card under the wipre, but it's kept under a car cover and I've only managed to see it once. Given the ducktail I actually thought it was a TA for the longest time until I saw it out of hiding.

Oddly enough, having written this this week, this car just passed me when I was walking back from lunch. There's lots of different stuff on this car, including a 440 Six Pak hood emblem, but unless it's incredibly well-muffled I don't think it has a 440 in it.

If he'd been standing still I would have talked to him. I got the plate number, but as far as I know it's illegal for people with access to such information to look it up without a reason, right?
