1968 440 Timing tab question

Ive got a date coded 1968 440 block.   

The timing tab sits just to the left  (as seen from the front bumper to the firewall) of the water pump

I cant see the index lines, or numbers on the timing tab due to age and wear.  I can only see what looks like a small hole in the middle of the tab

Could anyone post a pic of what the index and numbers are on a like timing tab?

Sorry I can't help with a pic right now, but the far end of the tab is 10* before top dead center(TDC).  In my case, and I'm sure the case of others, we are beyond that with are initial timing.
