 Sure....In another 10 years.    :faint:

Brad,

I had NO clue what I was getting into when I bought my car. I knew basic stuff, but this thing died 1/4 mile after driving it the first time. Many fuel related problems and electrical issues, but I am better for it now. I'll just say it taught me. Any info I can pass on makes me feel good. I'll just say this...When you make your first long drive and don't have to call a tow truck, you will know you scored!!

  Mike

Well I went to a car show/cruise night about 45 minutes each way and made it home OK? I'm planning on going to Moparfest which is about 2-2 1/2  hours away so I'm working up to it! LOL
Funny how every noise ,squeak, and rattle gets your attention! :grinyes:

Did the window break? :faint:  Yeah I guess if you got to order something anyways.LOL

I got the 3/8 unit but still have the 5/16 lines in the car.  Seems ok for me.  I know you want a bigger BB though. :2thumbs:

See You needed to have the ability to see in the future before you went to Carlisle and couldn't figure out what to buy.....

No it didn't break. I went to wind it up as I was going to wash the car for the first time ever! ::) and it wouldn't wind all the way up. Seems one of the plastic clips that fit in the hole in the glass and keep it from moving fore and aft had worn and popped outta the hole in the glass.I was determined to go to the cruise night anyhow so I just removed the window!

Nice, you'll get good at washing it with the windows down.

I had the same problem.  Had to play with the unit it read things properly.  Took a while and I have three units before I figured out I had to adjust it.

 Ya sounds like a common issue.... Must be an issue with the wiring either in the sending unit of the wire that goes to the gauge or ground? Sometimes it works ,other times it reads full all the time.
I have a new sending unit from Dave at Roseville but haven't had the time to install it yet to busy driving it and having a blast! :burnout:

Don't forget to put the strap on that runs from the male connector on the sending unit to the fuel line.
That is your ground for the gauge.
