When you are ordering from Hotchkis, tell them that you are installing them in a car with torque boxes and that they will have to throw in a pair of spring hangers with the deal.
Take the spring hangers and the subframe connectors and mount connectors in vise, then take the bolts they supply and bolt the two parts together getting them good and square.
Now tack weld the bolts to the subframe connectors so that they are pointing to the rear of car, they will be opposite what the factory spring hangers are like.
Now with the car up on large jack stands install the sub frame connector threw the mounting bolt holes, lift connectors and get them in line with where they will be mounted at the front, you won't get them up to the correct height because you still have to slit the torque boxes where the connector touches.
I cut two appox one inch slits in the torque boxes and rolled the steel up out of the way, that way if I want in the future I can roll them back down and clean up the cut with a lil weld and sanding disk.
Here are a few pics.
