might be in the market for one in the coming months.  im trying to get a feel for prices right now.  not really sure my budget just yet, but ill toss out a number of 30-50k give or take.  Ive always liked T/A cars, and of course can never go wrong with an R/T.  the kicker is that i only do 4 speeds, so i know that shrinks my market quite a bit.  anyway, im just putting it out there.  like i said im just starting this process and im not ready to move on anything yet, but you never know what will come your way if you keep your eyes peeled.

Ross,

Are you looking for something numbers matching, or close to stock in appearance?

Mike,
I havent even determined that much right now, which may make this whole post a bit silly in its ambiguity.  I would say I lean towards numbers matching and a close to stock appearence, but neither is a complete necessity.  I think im more interested in a well cared for good condition car that doesnt need any work.

Ross,

The reason I asked is many of the slant-six and small block cars from back then have transplanted big-blocks in them now, as I'm sure you know. I was just wondering if that was a deal breaker or not.

I'll keep an eye out for you. It's good to know you want to come over to "our" side.   :naughty:

I'll throw another log on the fire.    :dogpile:

The engine and tranny have been rebuilt, and the suspension has been worked on. No telling the reserve price though. I really can't even guess.   :clueless:
