Anyone using Firm Feel's brake pads?

If so how do you like them? How's the fade resistance? Do they chew up the rotors?
I think they work really well and don't kill rotors. The first stop or two after sitting in the cold can be a little longer than expected until the pads come up to temp. I have not road raced these pads, but at the drag strip they work good enough to let me take the first return road exit instead of the second.
