Power steering leak question

Been looking for the leak in my system, and theyre not always easy to find, but today I happened to be watching closely when I saw a drop fall onto the housing about 2" below the nut left of center, the one next to the red clamp. Are those clamps adequate for high pressure hoses? I think its an original type, but I want something effective.

generally those clamps are adequate , that is what the factory used , that hose is the low pressure return hose . if the clamp is old it may be weak & need replacing

Or just try cutting the hose back an inch or so; the ends go hard.

Might even try moving the clamp a little  closer to the housing.
